3 kiwi – peeled
1 papaya – peeled and deseeded
500 ml of milk kefir
100 ml of coconut water
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz
300 ml Kefir 200 ml coconut water
Papaya peeled and deseeded large handful of kale
2 tbsp chia seeds
Put all ingredients in to a blender and blitz.
Exactly what it says … glass of homemade kefir with a large desertspoon of maca powder added. I topped mine with flaked coconut pieces.
My hubby prefers to have the kefir mixed with a ‘dollop’ of Greek yoghurt – not quite as strong a flavour – before I add other ingredients.
