Kale, papaya and kefir smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

300 ml Kefir                                         200 ml coconut water

Papaya peeled and deseeded          large handful of kale

2 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

Put all ingredients in to a blender and blitz.

  1. Hi! Hope this message finds you in a good and happy place.. Been away .. But I followed the kefir milk grains rules and frozen some and ‘suspended some in time’ and hey presto like are back like magic!!! Just brewing a few lots before ingesting.. But it worked yeah!! 💐
