Hi! Hope this message finds you in a good and happy place.. Been away .. But I followed the kefir milk grains rules and frozen some and ‘suspended some in time’ and hey presto like are back like magic!!! Just brewing a few lots before ingesting.. But it worked yeah!! 💐
