Exactly what it says … glass of homemade kefir with a large desertspoon of maca powder added. I topped mine with flaked coconut pieces.
My hubby prefers to have the kefir mixed with a ‘dollop’ of Greek yoghurt – not quite as strong a flavour – before I add other ingredients.
Is there a proportion recipe available for this? I would love to try and made it.. It looks yummy!

I tend to amend according to taste preference…but about 300 ml kefir per person, 2 tbsps of Greek yoghurt per person if desired and 2 tsp of maca powder.

Great thanks.. I will check out kefir and how to ferment it.. Let’s hope I don’t end up with something resembling vodka!

Should be settled now so double the amount of milk and leave for up to 48 hours ( the longer you leave it the more sour it becomes so probably strain after 24 hours until you get accustomed). Happy gut here you come.x
